Walter Joesph Christensen was born into a military family. His father was a Lt. General In the United States Navy and his brother a Captain in the United States Marines. Viktor grew up constantly on the move and never lived a life in one place for too long until he was 19. At age 24 he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He reached the rank of Major before he left the Air Force and joined Congress. From their he worked up in influence and power and used that to become the Governor of the Central States of the USA .
